- We settled a case against the City of New York Department of Education for $4.9 million, for the sexual abuse of 3rd grade student by her teacher. The sexual abuse took place for at least 3/4 of the school year.
- We settled a sexual abuse case regarding a special needs school in Westchester for $200,000.00
